ABOUT US
Mystic River Yacht Club

Founded in 2004, the Mystic River Yacht Club is a boating organization run by its members for its members. Our mission statement is to promote and encourage the challenges and rewards of yachting, both power and sail, and to offer social, community-minded activities - educating and sharing skills that contribute to safe and enjoyable boating for all ages. MRYC is proud of its full seasonal cruising schedule, developed by its members to take advantage of all ports the L.I. Sound area has to offer, including day sails, raft ups, and extended weekends. MRYC also offers instructional family sailing in our fleet of JY-15s.

In 2012, we moved to our new clubhouse at 14 Holmes Street in downtown Mystic next to the Engine Room Restaurant.
